How do I Login to Solutio?
When you first set up your Solutio user account, you should have received an email from us which included instructions as to how to login to Solutio for the first time. If you did not receive this email, please check your Junk Folder or email email@example.com and we will resend.

You log into Solutio by clicking the following link - https://live.solutio.com/login
Once the link is open in your web browser, we recommend that you save it in your Favourites or add to your Bookmarks for future reference.
How do Workers Login to Solutio?
Workers can log into Solutio via our worker mobile app or a web browser.

How do Workers Access their Payslips?
Workers can view their payslips on both the app and their web browser, but they can only actually download their payslips via a web browser.

I Didn’t add a VAT Number When I set up a New Agency so how do I set up Self-billing?
It is not possible for users to edit agency records once they have been set up, however, our customer success team can add the VAT Number on your behalf.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating that you need a VAT number added and include the VAT number*, the Solutio ID of the agency concerned and the agency name. We will send you an email confirmation once the VAT number has been added. You can then set the procurement agreement to self-bill as usual.
*If the agency does not have a VAT number, please state that you require a mock VAT number added instead.
How do I Issue a P45 for a Worker?
Before issuing a P45 to a worker, you need to make sure that any accrued holiday pay has been released to the worker first. You can then deactivate any live Assignments and then their employment.

I Have Just Added a New Agency, but I can’t see them Under Tenants. Help!
To view a new agency under Tenants, you will first need to set up a Procurement Agreement between your company and the agency; once created, the agencies details will display on the Tenant screen.
How do I Release Holiday Pay?
