The Solutio Academy

The Solutio Academy is an online training resource designed to assist users of Solutio maximise the benefits of the platform. Solutio’s functionality significantly improves the professional performance of both individuals and companies engaged in the supply and management of contingent workers, irrespective of their position or responsibilities.

The individual courses have been created in accord with the primary functions of the Solutio platform including an initial Getting Started module, followed by Onboarding, Admin & Reporting, Billing & Timekeeping, Payroll and Customer Care. Each course is divided into bite-sized topics each of which cover a specific element of Solutio’s functionality explained via a combination of video tutorials and PDF documents comprising written content and helpful screengrabs.

At the end of each course, users are given the opportunity to complete an online quiz to help them access their levels of understanding and identify any particular topics which require further training. Users who find themselves unable to fully master any given topics have the opportunity to contact the Solutio Academy team directly using the help@solutioacademy.com email address.
